WithInAsThru yoU! The Handbook Frequently Asked Questions

For use by members of the press.

What is this book about?

SK: “It's an invitation for your heart to play around in the playground of your ever expanding possibilities, to consider things that perhaps you hadn't considered before, and to experiment with new considerations that can truly expand your experience of life as you choose to live it.”

What prompted you to write this book?

SK: “I'm not sure 'prompted' is the right word. Ultimately, it was getting to a space of willingness and courageous vulnerability by which I could simply allow the considerations of the handbook to flow through me.

“It's important to additionally get that I'm not this book's sole author or writer. I am but one of its primary collaborators. Not only those who have helped with the book process, but every single person who reads it, it's essential for you, as a reader, to have the experience possible here, to get that we are all in collaboration together, where our roles as reader and writer merge into a true collaborative experience.

“So, in essence, this is the core answer to this question, “What 'prompted' me to write this handbook?' is exactly what will “prompt” you, as its reader, to read it. A desire to ask yourself - What is my truth?

“And, of course, without the love and grace of my family and those who've arrived in very material ways to help make this handbook a reality, this handbook could have never arrived. To all those whose minds, hands and resources have helped to give life to this handbook, thank you. My appreciation for you knows no bounds.”

How did you arrive at the concept of WithInAsThru?

SK: “First of all, let's give a bit of definition to the word, 'WithInAsThru.' It's a synergistic combination of four different words: With, In, As, and Through (shortened to Thru). It's power is expanded when combining these four words into one concept that allows us, as individuals, to take more and more accountability of our lives because it gives us one word that includes us in the 'I', the 'IT', the 'We' and the 'ITS' of our lives. It's synergistic because it also allows us to integrate life at an ever deepening level of responsibility. Its gift is that it reminds us that we are infinitely able to respond no matter this moment's occurrence.

In essence, its a word that instantly reminds us that we're the only constant in our lives. The only one. Life, as we perceive and experience it, truly is occurring With us - the people, the events, the circumstances - In us - our feelings and emotions - As us - who we're choosing to be and show up as - and Through (Thru) us - the way in which we're choosing to see and listen to everything and everyone!

“As a concept word, it emerged as I immersed myself in Book One of the 'Conversations With God,' series. I kept reading the words 'with, in, and through' all aligned in support of the truth that we were creating our lives exactly as they are. Even though they weren't combined into one single word, the concept grabbed me and helped steward me in my own evolution. Upon reading Eckert Tolle's 'The Power of Now,' the possibility that BEing and God were one in the same occurred to me as truly a viable concept. I asked myself, 'Were they merely different names of the same energy, information and intelligence that is all of LIFE?' My conclusion was that they were.

“Yet, this thought instantly brought the next question, 'How can you have with, in, and through without the 'as'?' What about who I'm being moment to moment? Who you're being? From here is where WithInAsThru arrived as the synergistic word offered here in this handbook. It's here to help steward the questions and considerations that this handbook further presents. It's an attempt to describe how life more or less flows as a river with us, in us, as us and through us. It's by no means 'the truth,' but it is an intriguing consideration, isn't it? Consider again that beyond you simply being you, you are also that part of IT that is you, you're that part of the We that is you, and you're that part of the 'IT IS' that is you. Regardless of what the We or IT or IT IS that exists in your life, there you are. And if you're not IT, then it's not occurring in any moment you are. Meaning, to you IT does not exist. This is one of the grandest considerations presented at this time to help us grow even further in our abilities to respond. Not merely our individual lives, but our collective one.

“However, this entire handbook is about having your own experience. This concept of WithInAsThru, while a core consideration, is the same invitation. Because it's never about taking this book or any book, for that matter, as something you need to believe in. That's an uninteresting position to hold to me, thus it's not a position I'll ever hold. So, if you're relying on beliefs, let them go. At the very least, challenge them. The core invitation of WithInAsThru yoU!, as a concept word, invites you to consider experimenting and creating your own experience. It's about expanding your willingness and ability to respond to any moment you find yourself. That's its invitation. This is its truest consideration. But such an invitation or possibility is meaningless if you're not willing to step into the experience, and then to trust yourself and your own truth. If you receive nothing else from reading this handbook, receive this consideration, will you?”

What is the most important message you are trying to convey?

SK: “Ask yourself. First and always, ask yourself, your whole Self. “Because you truly have always been the answer to every question you've ever asked. Of course, you honor the many different people who've helped along the way, but you have ultimately always been that answer. Why? Who makes the decisions, the choices in your life? You do. You are the answer. As you choose, so do you live. As you live, so IT IS. It can't be any other way.

“Be clear. Choose. Intend. Ask. Give. Receive.

“Those are some of the messages within the message, but the most important is, of course, ask yourself and be your own living answer to every question you'll ever ask, consciously.”

What makes this book different from any other spiritually-guided or personal growth books?

SK: “In transparency? Nothing. Nothing can be written -- and this goes for this handbook and every other piece of work out there -- that hasn't already been written in some way. Nothing can be said, or sung, or painted in one form or another that hasn't already been said, sung or painted in some form or another.

“The true offering of this handbook is that it asks the reader, in directly engaging ways, to have a unified experience -- a unified experience with the writer, with other readers, and above all else, with Self. If the reader is courageous and vulnerable enough to be willing to consider that they really are partly responsible for the experience they'll have, just by reading, then it really becomes a completely experiential book. It is a handbook that's best experienced Self (our expanded idea of Self) to self (our everyday self).

“As a written artifact of such an experience, this handbook goes deep and it asks some perhaps hard questions. It guides you, as reader, to consider ideas that you may have not considered before. It requests of you to be willingness enough to clear any misconceptions you might have had since birth about the nature of life. It gives practical inspiration into letting go of blaming and complaining. It asks you to consider that you are more powerful than you'd ever dreamed. It allows you to ask questions that will eventually lead you to the experience of being, doing, and having exactly what you desire. Most importantly, it has arrived in order to empower you, again, as reader and co-writer - if you will - by engaging the understanding that life is never just happening TO you, but rather, is occurring WithInAsThru yoU!”

What is the most important thing you learned while writing, WithInAsThru yoU! The Handbook?

SK: “It was more than just learning. It was as buoyant an experience of being truly inspired as ever I imagined. Isn't that the kind of experience we all crave and desire? We just don't always know which door to open in order to create or allow such an experience. Perhaps, just perhaps, it was my commitment to the process of clearing my perceptual field that ultimately gave me access? I don't know for sure, but I'm willing to share my experience to help inspire yours.

“Because writing this handbook has transformed me. Its greatest gift has been in the beingness and becomingness of one who gave themselves access to a grander Self. This access is the furthest I've ever gone into entelechy-Self to engage conversation with mySelf, in a way my everyday regular self has been able to absorb and now share.

“This handbook is simply my willingness to share my experience. Mostly I'm just a very average person doing his best to provide for his family while at the same time being his most to make life meaningful and joy filled. Experiencing my own entelechy-Self was the greatest gift of expansion and learning I've yet to access. But the process of writing this handbook has left the door open to accessing my Self. It's the same gift now available to you -- to access your Self - should you receive this handbook's invitation.”

What is this entelechy-Self you speak of?

SK: “Entelechy-Self is the you of a thousand years from now, you. It's the you that smiles upon every question you've ever asked, become. It's an experience of being the I, the IT, the We and the IT IS. And it's an experience I highly recommend and encourage.”

How do you think that writing this book will impact your role as a businessman?

SK: “For clarity sakes it's important for me to make a distinction here. I'm not a businessman as much as I'm a social entrepreneur. I'm not engaged in the world of business solely to make profit. There's a much deeper purpose in commerce and capital as a resource for experiencing and expressing myself as who I know myself to be than merely making money. Yet I honor all aspects of this role even as I get that there's an opportunity withinasthru the capital markets for stewarding resources that result in positive changes, changes that are both meaningful and beneficial to the greater good - to the whole world that includes Us All.

“How will sharing this book expand my role as a social entrepreneur? I see it helping to bring the arrival of many more opportunities that allow me even greater experience and expression of my evolving Self. It's already occurring. By making the gift of this handbook available to others, possibilities and opportunities are already arriving to help me further Self-align with the next phase of my personal evolution - what it means to me to be a social entrepreneur.

“We all have our roles, our masks and our identities to wear. Being a social entrepreneur is just another role that I give and receive because at my very clearest level, I feel it's a role that is worthy of me. This book will help expand those roles that are worthy of me, in very meaningful, purposeful, and joy-filled ways. This I am certain of -- my gratitude as my certainty.”

Is this book for everyone, and who can benefit most from reading it?

SK: “The key factor is courageous vulnerability to open self-consideration. Those who show up with willingness enough to consider what it means to engage their own entelechy-Self experience will benefit most. And those who show up willing to apply some of the possibilities through their own experiments, will benefit even more.

“Is the book for everyone? That's an uninteresting question to me. A much more delicious question is -- Why are you here? And are you willingness enough to engage and experience Self? Anyone willing to even address this question or consider its implications will enjoy the handbook's gifts the most. No doubt.”

What makes you an expert on this topic?

SK: “I'm not an expert here nor would I ever pretend otherwise. I am simply a willing participant, a simple collaborator in the process. I am but an extraordinarily ordinary brother who was willing to allow these inspirations, these considerations, to flow withinasthru me. That's it. And then to share the experience with you in this way.

“I continue to strive every day to have the courageous vulnerability to choose Self -- to enjoy the Self evolving experience of LIFE occurring withininasthru me, exactly as my LIFE IS right now. And where I desire to experience expanded experiences, to know that IT begins withinasthru me.

“Don't get me wrong. I'm not here to be some kind of guru - quite the contrary - more often than not, you'll find me being a regular guy, who does his best and makes his mistakes just like everybody else.

“To me, it's about being authentic about my own crap that's become the real work. To release my own addictions of blaming and complaining away my life as it is. It's about having the willingness in moments to be the artist, to stay in touch with nature and to simply be responsible for my life exactly as it is. That's it. Perhaps that does make me an expert of sorts, but only as much as you too are willing to play expert of your own life while together we learn and grow.

“All that's occurred here is that there's an extraordinarily ordinary guy who was willing to allow and share his entelechy-Self experience. You're up next. Got Self? Good.”
