A few years ago, I had a very talented artist create a small custom painting for me. I had this painting hanging just over the entrance door to my studio. It's titled, “Be the Source.” The design is exquisite, with individual lights of beautiful colors expanding and connecting. It is a mural of our eternal connection with one another, humans ever connected with life in a lattice of unified energy, information, intelligence. Truly a beautiful work of art that worked very hard to remind me every time I forgot our Onlyness.

The inspiration came from a live concert event titled, Life Experience Show that I helped executive produce and promote. The Life Experience Show was a fund-raising event in January of 2001 in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. When my artist friend designed this painting for me the show was going to be titled, “Be the Source of the Dream,” as a reminder to simply become the dream he inspired us all with, but a moment ago…

To me, the power of the saying, “Be the Source” empowers me to action and clears me from any separating thoughts I might have had during the day, always helping to bring me back into the peaceful state of Onlyness.

It offers another gift as well, a gift I'd like to now offer for your consideration. It's an integral gift based in the law of unity. It is this… “If there is something that you choose to experience yourself, BE THE SOURCE of it for another.”

To me, that's how the process works, and as I remember to Be the Source in my own life, I know that I'm remembering and applying a truly great life principle. For example, if I desire to feel happiness, I become happiness, effortlessly working to help cause another to feel happy.

In other words, if you desire to feel connected, and not lonely, be a companion to another and effortlessly work to make them feel connected. When you desire to experience joy, cause another to experience joy. In fact, no matter what you desire to experience yourself, the fastest way to do so is to cause (as in Be the Source) another to experience IT. And so shall you too BE IT.

This reminder helps me remember to never wait for things to just happen. It clears me to remember that nothing in life is ever just happing to me. My life, as I'm living IT, IS occurring WithInAsThru me, flowing withinasthru my very beingness.

Don't wait for the world to bring you success (by whatever means you measure or define success) or abundance or prosperity or anything for that matter. Instead choose to BE the Source of Success, Abundance and Prosperity for others.

Perhaps this is what was meant all along by “And by their fruits, you shall know them.”

That's a thought worthy of consideration.

Because it's always the smallest miracles that seem to matter the most. When you remember to apply the gift of BEing the Source… You will experience magic and miracles everyday.

I believe it was Einstein that offered, “You can choose to live a life full of miracles, or a life without miracles, but you can't choose both ways.”

Choose a life filled with daily miracles.

And BE the Source!
